The resources listed below are meant to help you move forward in your own research. I want to not only be by your side, but provide you with the tools to live your life as wholly as you can, navigating the path to healing and

finding the way back to yourself.

Postpartum Support International provides online support groups, loss and grief resources, and volunteer opportunities. They aim to promote awareness, prevention, and treatment of mental health issues related to childbearing. PSI accomplishes this by providing information, support services, and informed professional care to those in need.

She Recovers is a program that believes we are all recovering from something and seeks to unite all women in or looking into recovery. They provide a healthy community in which to celebrate and support one another. Resources include yoga, coaching, and online programs for women seeking recovery.

The Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association seeks to advance expert care in serious illness, transform the care and culture of serious illness, and advance education, competence, leadership, and research.

Yoga 12 Step Recovery is dedicated to healing and supporting those dealing with addiction by teaching individuals how to navigate the need for power and control in their lives. Y12SR uses community outreach, education, and training to bring together those struggling with addiction onto a healing path.

SAMHSA’s National Helpline is a free, confidential, 24/7, 365-day-a-year treatment referral and information service (in English and Spanish) for individuals and families facing mental and/or substance use disorders.

At Every Mother Counts, they are up front about pregnancy and childhood not necessarily being synonymous with Joy. This community works together to make sure women entering motherhood thrive in the midst of quality, respectful, and equitable care.
